RULES AND REQUIREMENTS Participants must be 6 years or older. Children aged 6 and 7 must be accompanied by a paying adult. For children aged 8 it is possible to participate without being accompanied. All participants under 18 must have an adult accepting and signing the disclaimer. All participants must be in good physical conditions and must not be suffering from any physical or psychological limitation (as this may limit the capability to fully understand instructions and/or perform the aquatic activities). All participants must be at the Dolphin Emotion Meeting Point at 10 a.m. (late arrival will cause the loss of the right to participate in the program and to receive any refund). All accessories that may be potentially dangerous for the animals must be removed before entering the pool area (objects such as sunglasses, eyeglasses, earrings, piercings, bracelets, necklaces, hairclips, etc.). Personal objects such as video cameras, photo cameras, etc. must be left in the changing rooms lockers. All participants must take a disinfectant shower and wear the wetsuit, provided by Zoomarine, over their own bathing suit. Make-up must be removed entirely. All participants must strictly respect all instructions and behavior rules given by Zoomarine staff. All who fail observance of such rules will be removed from the program. Proximity to dolphins must take place in the respect of the animals, avoiding any attitude or behavior that may disturb them. All participants must maintain a calm behavior. EXTRA INFORMATION For safety reasons the following people cannot be admitted to Dolphin Emotion program: pregnant women; people with removable prosthesis; people with physical, motor, and mental disabilities (for example: heart problems, epilepsy, autism, etc.), with skin diseases; being under the influence of drugs or alcohol or manifesting evident behaviors of uncontrolled euphoria that may compromise the well-being of the animals and of the participants. INFORMATION ON ABSENCE OR CANCELLATION Participants have no right to refunds in case of absence, late arrival, necessity or will to end the program beforehand, or not following the rules stated above. Zoomarine reserves the right to modify the hour and/or date of the program due to weather changes, technical or zoological reasons. If the participant will not be available for the date chosen he/she will have right to a refund. Zoomarine reserves the right to remove from the program the participant that will not respect the behavior rules listed above. According to the importance of his/her actions the participant will be eventually reported to the competent authorities. Zoomarine reserves the right to use the images of the participants of Dolphin Emotion. Images will be used exclusively for video/DVD/photos produced for marketing needs. PERSONAL DETAILS In compliance with Articles 13 and 23 of the Italian Legislative Decree 196/03, we inform you that the personal information provided by you will be used pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Code and to the privacy obligations by which our activity is inspired. Such information will be used for institutional purposes related to our activity, for example to fulfill legal obligations, for operational or administrative needs, and to allow the activities agreed upon to take place.
